Order Processing

Our in-stock items are processed within 2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for orders shipping within The Bahamas. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. A flat rate of $20 applies to all international orders. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7‑14 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes when it reaches your destination country; TropiiTee is not responsible for these charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days oshipping confirmation email, please contact us at o it.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy). If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at tropiitee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
